Very impressed

I followed the instructions and was so impressed with the results after 3 weeks I nearly have a lawn.

All the claims were true.

The side by side image shows our lawn exactly 4 weeks apart. You get amazing results when you follow the process, scarify aireate and level with topsoil before using the lawn pack as per the instructions.

We made sure we watered twice a day everyday where we didn’t have a lot of rain.

After week one nothing much had happened, but by the end of week 2 the green shoots were coming through nicely.

Basically, one afternoon of hard graft and the rest has been easy. We’ve reseaded some parts where we’d missed dandelions and small patches on the edges where we’d not seeded enough, and the grass now looks amazing. Never seen it so good.

We cannot recommend the lawn pack enough. We will be doing the front lawn soon and then we’ll make sure we maintain it properly.

This is easier and gives better results than any returfing done previously.

The Grass from Hell

So I don’t normally do reviews but I thought this deserves one, my grass was pretty nonexistent due to a leather jacket grub infestation I dug up hundreds of them and treated the area but nothing grew and when it did it was massive patches. I followed the instructions to the T and have now got almost full coverage of nice green grass some of patches in the pics are probably due to that area being water logged for a while but it looks great now.

Really pleased with the results. Good instructions easy to follow.
The lawn is a bit patchy but I put this down to user error - I hand spread both the seed and fertiliser so to be expected.
I would recommend following all the prep stages (Scalp and scarify) as where I didn’t (round the edges) the results are nowhere near as good. I also used soil to top dress and was a bag or two short and these areas suffered a bit too.
Final tip is; don’t scrimp on seed. I got the 100m square +plus pack and with the front and back I probably have about 110m. I started at the front and was a bit fast and loose and this came out way better having been more generous on application of seed and fert.

Worth the time and effort!

Having a typical new build garden meant we’d struggled to get anything that really worked. I was sceptical at first but decided it was worth a try. Got the lawn pack, pretty much started again and 2 weeks later it was so thick and long that it needed cutting earlier than planned! I was worried I hadn’t done it exactly to the instructions, but take your time when applying everything and unless it rains, make sure you water twice a day without fail! My results speak for themselves! 100% recommended!
