Lawnpack Quarterly subscription has Neighbours asking for Advice

I have been using the quarterly subscription for a year and a half now since first using the Lawnpack in April 2025. I have followed all of the advice to the letter including all the preparation (scarifying, aeration, overseeding and lawn dressing with compost) as well as treatment using the Lawnpack products. I did not take a before picture, but years of just adding generic feed and weed and cutting only had left is very poor, bear patches, prone to weeds and loads of moss. 18 months later, I have 2 lawns that I am proud of. There was a neighbour whose lawn I always envied, the other day they asked me for advice, brilliant.
