Seasonal Subscription Terms & Policy

The Lawn Pack – Seasonal Pack Subscription

These terms apply to The Lawn Pack Seasonal Pack Subscription only.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms below. We’ve written these in clear language so you know exactly how everything works.

How the Subscription Works

When you subscribe to our Seasonal Packs, you’ll receive one season-specific lawn care pack approximately every three months (Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter).

  • You are charged per pack, not upfront for the year

  • Charges occur in line with the seasonal schedule (roughly every 3 months)

  • Payment is taken when your order is created

  • Your pack is then dispatched and delivered under our normal delivery policy

Typical delivery time is 2–4 working days from dispatch.

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription anytime from your online customer account, including:

  • Skipping a delivery

  • Pausing your subscription

  • Cancelling your subscription

  • Updating payment details

  • Changing lawn size

There’s no need to email support to manage your subscription.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next charge.

If you cancel:

  • Before the next billing date → No further charges

  • After payment but before dispatch → You are eligible for a full refund for that order

Once an order has been dispatched, it is treated as a completed order and falls under the refund rules below.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period (Legal Right)

You have the legal right to cancel your subscription order within 14 days of purchase, provided:

  • The product is unused, and

  • It is returned to us in its original condition

Once we receive the return, we will process your refund (excluding original shipping costs).

6-Week Money-Back Guarantee (Subscription Packs)

Our Seasonal Subscription Packs are covered by our 6-week money-back guarantee, subject to the conditions below.

To make a claim, you must:

  • Wait at least 4 weeks after application before contacting us

  • Have followed the instructions provided

  • Provide dated before and after photos of your lawn

  • Contact us within 6 weeks of applying the product

If approved, we will refund the product value only (shipping is non-refundable).

This guarantee applies to subscription packs only.

Shipping

  • We currently ship within the UK only

  • Orders are typically delivered within 2–4 working days from dispatch

  • During peak periods or due to factors outside our control, delivery times may occasionally vary

Changes to Pricing or Packs

We may occasionally update pricing, formulations, or pack contents to improve performance or reflect cost changes.
If changes affect your subscription materially, we will notify you in advance.
