Lawnpack Quarterly subscription has Neighbours asking for Advice

I have been using the quarterly subscription for a year and a half now since first using the Lawnpack in April 2025. I have followed all of the advice to the letter including all the preparation (scarifying, aeration, overseeding and lawn dressing with compost) as well as treatment using the Lawnpack products.
